Hello future president of troupe 2129! My name is Riley Polanski, I have been publicity officer in the years 2016-2017, and President in the years 2017-2018. President of the CHS theatre department is a big name to hold. But with great power comes great responsibility. As president you are in charge of organizing the auction of the annual FOOT auction! You need to organize every good and service and put them in a pattern order to be presented during the auction segment (organize goods and services so they get bigger and better as the night goes on). Your next big job is registration for CA thespian festival! If you are a STO this will be easier, if you are not there is usually at least one STO each year that attends Claremont high school, they will know when registration goes up and when the deadlines are. Know everything and register as early as possible so your troupe can get the best possible seats in the theatre! You can ask other officers to aid you in this process of registration. Your third job is to help your troupe director and the other officers put together the annual banquet. For banquet you will need to organize an opening statement to open the ceremony, and you will need to do several other tasks as well! Your final job is to set an example, you are a leader not a boss. A leader works with others and collaborates to create outstanding ideas, a leader divides the credit given and sometimes does not take credit at all! Hello everyone! My name is Jeremiah Alarcon and I am the Vice President of Claremont Troupe 2129 for the 2017-2018 school year. To sum up my job, I manage all of the concession points of both inductees and inducted thespians, also I am in charge of all of the community work that our Troupe is involved in throughout the city of Claremont, (like Face Painting, Handing out Flyers during city events, etc.). My goal for the year is to make sure our Troupe is recognized not only as a theatre group, but as a group of amazing individuals that bring joy to the city of Claremont.

Hello there! My name is Sydney Crozier and I am the 2017-2018 Thespian Secretary. My main job for the troupe is to keep track of the points that Thespians and non-Thespians receive throughout the year. I also track the attendance for meetings, amount of shows worked per person, every point milestone reached during the year, and every main actor/actress, supporting actor/actress, and bit roles played for every show. My main goal is to make sure points are updated and on the board in the thespian office as soon as possible because I realize how anxious people can get! How ever when ever a show closes, it’s best to put in the roles, milestones, and amount of shows that person worked in your sheets also, which of course takes a bit more time. The big thing is to make sure you are incredibly organized, keep copies of everything (on and off the flash drive), and not to stress too much!

Hello! My name is Morgan Lui and I am the publicity officer for the 2017-2018 school year. Basically, my job includes managing all our social media accounts (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat), overlooking the theatre website, making sure to get the word out about our various shows and events, and working on previews for the Children's Theatre show. It is very important to be updated with your troupe director and to work with your fellow officers. My overall goal is to make sure as many people from the community and the high school know about department and what we have to offer!

Hello! My name is Katie Stanford and I will be the Comedy Sportz Manager for the 2017-2018 year! Here's what my job entails: I get to hold workshops during office hours and/or lunch for anyone who wants to get to know about Comedy Sportz and perhaps audition for the team, I’m going to be in charge of auditions along with Mrs. Elhai, I will be scheduling a referee for every match planned, I'm going to manage every Monday practice, I'll be making sure there are fliers for every match, and run publicity for every match as well (normally Tuesdays), and most of all I WANT TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE HAS A GREAT TIME AND LEARNS A LOT!
